PNC 2005 Australian Open Tennis 100th Anniversary

The Australian Tennis Open aluminium-bronze $5 coin and two Australian stamps - $1.80 and 50c - were jointly issued by Australia Post and the Royal Australian Mint.

The postage stamps have been cancelled with a specially prepared rendition of a tennis ball with the wording 'First Day of Issue 11 January 2005 Melbourne Vic 3000'.
