1997 Baby Mint Set - Gumnut Series
This set is designed specifically to be given as a gift upon the birth of a child. The set consists of Australia's six circulating coins:

- Sir Charles Kingsford Smith Collector Type One Dollar
- Two Dollars
Also included is a bronze gumnut medallion which is blank on one side to enable a child's name to be engraved.
A total of 27,496 sets were released with the six coins being housed sealed in a fold-out see-both-sides colourful presentation bubble pack and enclosed in a protective cardboard sleeve.
