The 1984 'Big Banger' Holden Commodore VK is one of the truly legendary cars to have won the famous race at Bathurst. This car was a head-turner purpose built to farwell the local Group C regulations in style ahead of the introduction of more international-flavoured cars the following year. With wide racing tyres flared guards and a striking 'day glo' colour scheme the car was a real head-turner from the moment it was revealed.
