2016 Queen Elizabeth II 90th Birthday 3 Coin Set
Celebrating Queen Elizabeth II's 90th birthday on 21st April 2016 the Royal Australian Mint has struck a three coin set consisting of different QEII effigies featured on the obverse of Australian circulating decimal coins.
- 20¢ with Arnold Machin designed portrait (1966-1984)
- 20¢ with Raphael Maklouf designed portrait (1985-1998)
- 50¢ with Ian Rank-Broadley designed portrait (1998-2016)
Both uncirculated 20 cent reverses feature the Stuart Devlin designed platypus while the uncirculated 50 cent depicts the standard coat of arms.Â
